First performance of the season at Elx al Carrer

After a long summer we returned to Muixeranga d'Elx activity in the best way possible. With a performance at Elx al Carrer, right at the doors of Palau de Altamira. With an unmatched view, we all met again. The emotion was great: we kept catching up on the summer while tying our sashes or forming a figure, which of course caused a few communication problems — but we just love to talk. Som d'Elx!

This time it was not only a performance but also a workshop, so we encourage locals and visitors to join in. We started with a little train of children, passing from shoulder to shoulder so they could learn the basics of balance in the Muixeranga. After that we moved on to building pillars with children and adults of all sizes and ages — it was truly exciting!

For the first time, we also had a Muixeranga d'Elx souvenir shop, so people could buy t-shirts, keyrings and other memorabilia. Of course, we have the best salespeople in the world!

All in all, we loved meeting again — among ourselves and with everyone else from Elche. We hope to see you at more events!
